Matched flooring lots for whole-project work

Flooring ships in project lots: laminate, ceramic and porcelain tile, engineered and solid hardwood, and broadloom or tile carpet. Multi-unit work is the common case — matched dye lots across forty units matter more than the unit price, and a short shipment means a visible seam a year later.

Daltile and Schluter Systems move steadily through this line, along with Mapei setting materials, grouts and membranes so the installation system arrives complete rather than the tile alone. We calculate lots with waste factored in and hold overage in the same shipment instead of leaving you to re-order a partial pallet later.

Tile is dense and fragile, which makes it the most damage-sensitive line we handle. Pallets are banded and corner-protected, stacked low, and blocked so nothing shifts in a rolling sea. Adhesives and liquid setting materials are declared and stowed to their own requirements — one of the reasons flooring orders route through us rather than direct.

Square footage is where flooring orders go wrong. Tell us the finished area and the pattern and we calculate the order with waste, cuts and attic stock included, then hold the overage in the same container. Coming back three months later for two more pallets of a discontinued run is the expensive outcome we are trying to prevent, and it is the single most common flooring problem we get called about.
